Project Last Mile, a public-private partnership administered by the Global Environment & Technology Foundation (GETF), leverages the Coca-Cola Company’s supply chain and marketing expertise to strengthen healthcare systems across Africa. In Sierra Leone, we collaborate with USAID, the National Medical Supply Agency, and the Ministry of Health to implement digital inventory solutions.
As of 15 September 2024 we are recruiting for two roles:
Project Coordinator: Data Support
As the Project Coordinator: Data Support, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of healthcare data. You’ll be responsible for supporting baseline assessments, cleaning and analyzing data from mSupply, and producing insights that drive project success across 200+ healthcare sites. This role is crucial for monitoring progress and ensuring data-driven decision-making. You’ll work closely with the Data Analyst to maintain a KPI Dashboard that tracks project impact and outcomes.
- Location: Sierra Leone or Remote
- Duration: 11 months (1 October 2024 – 31 August 2025)
- Level of effort: 100 hours monthly
Key responsibilities:
- Clean, analyze, and report on data from baseline assessments and supportive supervision visits.
- Identify trends and ensure data quality from the mSupply platform.
- Produce regular reports and maintain the project’s KPI Dashboard.
- Act as the main data point of contact for stakeholders and the PLM team.
This role is perfect for someone with a background in data analysis, health systems, or supply chain management, who is comfortable working in dynamic environments and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective data utilization.
2. Project Coordinator: District Support
The Project Coordinator: District Support role is focused on the successful deployment of the mSupply mobile platform across 200+ health facilities. You’ll be working on the ground in districts to help implement digital solutions, provide training to healthcare staff, and deliver structured supportive supervision. Your work will directly contribute to improving the supply of essential medicines to last-mile facilities and ensuring that healthcare workers are equipped with the tools they need to succeed.
- Location: Expected to be Pujehun or Bo Districts (Indicate your preference)
- Duration: 11 months (1 October 2024 – 31 August 2025)
- Level of effort: 100 hours monthly
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with baseline assessments, training, and digital solution deployment at health facilities.
- Provide technical support to District Health Management Teams and users of the mSupply platform.
- Coordinate with district stakeholders and provide regular supervision through onsite visits, monitoring calls, and digital support mechanisms like WhatsApp.
- Participate in project events and reporting, ensuring that all activities align with the project’s goals.
